Ground Beef and Eggs

A quick one-skillet breakfast of lean ground beef cooked with Mediterranean spices and softly folded eggs.
Ingredients
- olive oil30 ml
- garlic clove — minced1 ea
- lean ground beef115 g
- Lebanese seven spice1 tsp
- ground cinnamon — ½ tsp1.3 g
- paprika — ½ tsp1.3 g
- salt — ½ tsp3 g
- black pepper0.5 tsp
- large eggs8 ea
- fresh parsley — chopped, for serving4 g
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef, seven spice, cinnamon, paprika, salt and black pepper and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.

- 115 g Plant-based mince instead of lean ground beef
Brown the plant-based mince for 4 to 5 minutes, a little less than beef, before adding the eggs.
