Recipe from Lindsay Ostrom · original post · full recipe on pinchofyum.com
These air fryer chicken thighs are SO good. Super juicy, deeply golden, and ready in 15 minutes! Such an easy recipe that my whole family loves.

Ingredients
- boneless skinless chicken thighs570 g
- paprika — 1 ½ tsp3.8 g
- dried oregano — 1 tsp1 g
- garlic powder0.5 tsp
- onion powder0.5 tsp
- fine table salt — ¾ tsp4.5 g
- olive oil15 ml
- lemon — to finish1 ea
Method
- Optional: trim off the chunkier strips of fat from the edges of the chicken thighs.
- Toss the chicken thighs with the spices, a few cracks of black pepper and the olive oil. For the best flavour, marinate from 15 minutes up to 2-3 hours in the fridge (fine to skip if you're short on time).
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 11-13 minutes, until deeply golden and a bit crisp outside and at least 165°F (74°C) inside.
- Transfer to a cutting board, rest for a few minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze lemon over the top.
- Serve with your favourite sauce, a baked potato or roasted veggies, in a rice bowl or on a salad.
